The figure drawing class seems to have given a direct effect to my way of drawing, because I ended up using techniques I acquired from the class. Though, I'd never think that my way of drawing would change dramatically like this or whatever. I tried my best really hard to breathe life into my characters, and of course, affection. However, instead of expecting them to look 'natural', they are still.... lacking something. There are some parts that look weird to my eyes, even though I did use a few references to clear the uncertainty. Nevertheless, I will let them be as part of my experience. It was really fun, using new techniques.
These all are simply character designs. I only tried to design my characters and make it look interesting as possible as I could. But, it seems I still lack training....

"For those who have fought in protection of humanity, salute."
She is one of very few survivors from explicit and shady experiments done by government, and is one of the strongest humans to ever live on earth. Although the appearance doesn't tell much, her strength is so great that she can take on two or three modern tanks with bare handed, not to mention the great speed which allows her to be able to race against any kind of modern fighter planes. She can stand up against up to least 60-70 human sized mechas/robots.
However, in exchange for these all tremendous strength and speed, her life span doesn't last that long. As she is now, she has only about 10-12 years ahead to spend. What's worse is that she is but a human, meaning anything could end her life. That's if the speed of weapon or bioweapon is able to surpass her both strength and speed.
To cover this weakness, she learned mixed martial arts and weapon handling from the British military and adapted to how to use it properly. Over long time had passed, she already reached at the level where she could improve her skills on her own, using real experiences. Not only that, she also has intelligence to use wisely.
She is a descendant of Asian, though her birthplace remains unknown. We only know that she lives in US at this moment.

There are more story to her background actually, but they are too long to type. So I'd skip this one first.
To be honest, I tried to draw skirt on her to give a sense of feminity, but that doesn't seem..... right. Since she has to be active in combat. Therefore, I used this design instead.
The hairpin she wears is a memento from her supervisor working as scientist under world's government. Even though she can't feel his warmth and kindness anymore, she still keeps it as the one and only memento she ever got ever since her birth.
.....If possible, when the day comes, I'd like to make a character development of her, where she will find a true happiness.
Well, hopefully you still remember the drawings about two girls I drew before.The kanji says 'Mei Ling'"I say.... Uuh... Being Asian doesn't always mean to be bizarre, nor to be philosophical."This tomboy girl comes from China. She is one of newly recruited ones, and instantly sent to do her first mission which was extremely urgent. She really hasn't much experience in the field because of lacking special training, so she had to work very carefully under her leader. Her accuracy with weapon is firmly high, making her to be on par with the third strongest elite force in the world.
"None knows the solutions unless one wills to understand the problem itself."This mature leader comes from United Kingdom's secret service aka SIS MI6. She formerly worked for MI5, taking care of intelligence concerning the infamous organization locally. She had been doing this field for almost ten years.Her skills of analyzing and gathering information is not in doubt. With or without direct aid by headquarters, she is still able to get further information from little information which is gained from surrounding. She kind of lacks a skill of handling weapon because she focuses on information too much, yet she knows how to defend herself, using martial arts.
Then, after she was transferred into MI6, a sudden and urgent mission called her to investigate the mission that is unclear, looking for a tiny device physically while having a partner beside her.
She was married. I know it is kind of surprising, but I think her that way. Even so, her lovely family has already become an unforgettable story within her heart.
She is half french and half united kingdom, btw.
Around the feudal era of Japan, I'm not sure about this, but there are supposed to be some ninjas around this era. Opposite of what is expected, they are really not that magical like 'Naruto'. The difference that makes they are different from normal is the training they got and their role as spy. One can run past two mountains in a night.One can jump over a wall that is two times higher than him/her.One can 'walk' so very carefully that no sounds are created.The most intriguing is the design of their house. Their houses have a lot of secrets, like a secret passage and etc. Though, nowadays, we won't be able to see them in action.

May your stay be pleasant."Say she to every tourist visiting from all around the world.I wanted to draw something different in culture wise.Well, nothing much to explain here, except that the details of the long skirt really took a lot of time to draw and shade. I wanted to add Batik's motif, but they are too difficult to draw. Since there are a lot of holes, so therefore, I'd like to start with something much simpler, yet complicated enough.
"Relationship may last short, but it echoes forever."Remember the previous drawing? This is how she looks like in full body. I know there aren't much details to her outfit, but this is still in development.She was once one of the strongest players in online Extoria (MMORPG), and was ranked as 2nd in the magic field. This was impressive because of her inborn blindness. How she sees still remains unknown until now, but some amateurs say it is probably her hearing skills are beyond normal. On the other side, many veterans say it concerns about her mastery of void magic skill. This was admirable because void magic is the most difficult magic skill to learn in the game that only very little number of people mastering it to the maximal, yet thanks to her diligence, she was finally able to overcome her main weakness, blindness, bringing her to be one of legendary magicians.
This hasn't ended yet, she was too once a member of legendary guild which was built three years ago and had reached golden time. However, due to tragic incidents happened during that golden time, the guild was then crushed to pieces. Whereabouts about the members was undiscovered, creating rumors that they had quitted playing game. Though, witnesses say some of them are still playing. The legendary guild holds the record of being the strongest guild having the least member, only 10 members. Compared to other guilds whose members are usually up to about 50-60 people. Now, the witnesses said they had only met two or three members, even though they weren't sure of it. From what they saw of their activities, they believed the members had become vagabond.
But, includes her, they hadn't shown off their skills that much, meaning they didn't want to attract any attention because of shame.
It might sound ridiculous, but their powers aren't really a laughable matter. They were strong enough to fight against an army of devils. It is said that the guild's solidarity was above average, thank to a certain potential leader whose whereabouts is unknown. After the said incident, now the solidarity and trust they had been building so hard has become ruined dramatically.
None knows what kind of incident that brought this guild to be part of history, yet soon or later, everything shall be revealed through her story.
The kanji says 'Nakamura Rei'. Maybe, I could say this is my first character to draw ever throughout my history of drawing. With new techniques, I decided to re-draw Rei-chan.It was kinda funny to think that I still keep drawing her till now, but I really never bothered myself in this case.
"Movement is what you need to express."I was kind of interested in break dance, so I drew this. It was quite difficult, but fun to do. I took the pose from references, and developed it by creating a new pose.From this point, I began challenging myself to draw much difficult poses. I'm sorry this will have to end, but more will come. I will upload them immediately after having finished my drawings.

Sorry for the poor quality of these drawings. That was strange, when I scanned and edited, the result wasn't like this. Though, after uploading them on this site, they changed. Maybe the resolution here is too sharp.
One month has passed, and I haven't updated this blog for a long period of time because of my busy schedule. So, therefore, I hope these eight drawings will make up for everything. More of them will come, I'm sure and really excited to do it soon or later!
